As the Sr. Web Developer for this self publishing company, I was involved in most aspects of the site's design and code. A few notable examples include:
Advertising Page Sitelet – This sitelet is designed for use with iUniverse's various PPC and print campaigns. It also serves as a promotion tool for multiple writer's conferences that iUniverse sponsors.
Authors in the News – Coded from scratch in PHP/mySQL, this module sports a public front-end (including robust archiving and AJAX calls to the bookstore) and a private back-end for authors who submit/manage their news items and administrators who review/post the items.
Promotion Banners – During a spell when iUniverse was without a graphic designer, I developed a number of monthly promotion banners: Warm Up, March Madness, Spring Savings, May Day Savings, and Premier Pro Intro.
